She was an avid bowler, both at Family Fun Lanes and Bangor/Brewer Bowling Lanes. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a brother, Spencer King; and a sister-in-law, Barbara King. Surviving is her husband of 45 years, Robert Russell; a son, Scott Jon Casey and wife Gretchen; two grandsons, Ryan and Shawn Casey; and a brother, Joseph B. King Jr. Lois’ family would like to extend heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the entire staff of the Maine Veterans’ Home in Bangor for their tremendous love and care that they provided to Lois.
A memorial service will be held 2 pm, Thursday, August 17, 2017, at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor, with Pastor Steve Smith of the Orono and Alton United Methodist Churches officiating.
