The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Susie Dwelley Seymour can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolences

Condolence From: Erwin York
Condolence: Susie was my Stepsister from the time we were 12 years old. I used to stop in to visit with her and Dion every time I went back to Maine. Then for some reason we lost touch with each other even though I tried many times to get in touch with her. One time she wrote back to me and said, "Oh Erwin, you are such a better letter writer than I am". I am so sad I did not get to see her again over these past years. But, I know one thing in my heart, I will one day soon meet her once more and we will both rejoice in the presence of our Lord. God bless all the children and grandchildren of Susie and Dion's that I will probably never meet in this life. Live, love and be thankful for the blessing of having her in your lives. She will be missed....Erwin York

Condolence From: Erick Kennard
Condolence: Aunt Susie was such a wonderful person. I cannot remember a time when I didn't see a smile on her face. I remember fondly all the times I would see her and Uncle Dion, Aunt Susie would look at me, big glowing smile on her face, hug me and tell me how special I was to her. She, Uncle Dion and I (Mostly Uncle Dion :) ) would talk about how I was doing and why computers were "where it's at" (Uncle Dion made sure to tell me he may not understand them, but he knew they were important, especially in the Postal Service)

Most of all, Aunt Susie always made me think of Grammie (Alice) White, as Grammie would always watch the Charleston Church Choir every chance she got, it was one of the highlights of her week.

Aunt Susie will be sorely missed. Words simply cannot explain.

All my love to family during this difficult time.
