Obituary

BANGOR – David M. Craig, 34, died unexpectedly July 1, 2019. He was born July 4, 1984, in Bangor, the son of David D. and Elizabeth K. (Gilman) Craig.

David attended Bangor High School. After high school, he worked at various jobs, where he developed many of his skills. David was a man of many trades. He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying fishing, boating, snowmobiling, and anything with a motor. David had a big, caring heart and would help anybody in need. He will be missed by all who knew him, especially by his grandfather, who was the love of his life.

In addition to his parents, David is survived by his grandparents, Norman and Levola Craig of Bangor; a very special uncle, Daniel Craig; a special aunt, Becky Craig, both of Bangor; and his very special cousin, Kristina Craig, and her son, Maxx Gross.

A memorial service will be held 2 p.m., Monday July 8, 2019, at The Rock Church, 1195 Ohio Street, Bangor, with Rev. Kirk Winters, officiating. Relatives and friends are invited to share conversation and refreshments in the church hall immediately following the service, Monday. Private interment will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter. Those wishing to remember David in a special way may make gifts in his memory to The Rock Church, 1195 Ohio Street, Bangor, ME 04401. Condolences to the family may be expressed at BrookingsSmith.com
