Obituary

ORRINGTON – Keith Walter Stuart “Stu”, 50, passed away unexpectedly September 8, 2019, at his home. He was born October 26, 1968, in Leominster, MA, the son of Douglas W. and Yvonne M. (Breault) Stuart.

Stu was predeceased by a sister, Carolyn Hamel. He is survived by his mother, Yvonne Stuart; his wife of 15 years, Bridget Stuart; daughter, Sarah Winters and husband, Trenton; twin daughters, Justine and Jadyn Stuart; daughters, Teresa and Emilie Sovis; sons, Leighton and Tim Sovis, and Kevin Stuart; grandchildren Paisley, Iris, Micah, Josiah, and Ruby; sisters, Rebecca Major and husband, John, and Cindy Wilson; dear friends Kyle Roberts and Jason Seymour, who through the years offered endless strength and camaraderie; and many nieces and nephews.

He was our hero, our friend, our fierce defender and biggest cheerleader. He made a significant impact on everyone he met and left his badge of remarkable talent of carpentry, art, and inventiveness wherever he went.
A memorial reception will be held 1-3 p.m., Sunday, September 15, 2019, at the Family Reception Center of Brookings-Smith, 163 Center Street, Bangor. Condolences to the family may be expressed at BrookingsSmith.com

I am so sorry. I work at St Joe's and knew Keith to be a great person.
But my favorite memory of him was from a day we were both getting our vehicles repaired and I was at the shop for several hours with my twin grandsons who were a year and a half old. There are no men in our home and they were shy but for some reason kept going up and touching his knee and smiling at him. I apologized and he looked at me and said I have twins and I'm loving it. Rest easy Keith. You will be missed.

From all of the Posco family we send our deepest condolences, I met Keith about 44 or so years ago sadly the last time I spoke with him is when Carolyn passed, I wrote to him about the first time we met, Keith was in the back of his house breaking eggs and being the good guy he was even at that age first or second grade he asked if I wanted to join in so there we were Just breaking egg after egg. "Sorry Yvonne" Until Carolyn swung open the back door looked at what we were doing and said I'm telling mom I never ran home so fast.
God speed my friend you will be missed by many forgotten by NONE.

To Keith's family and close friends, my deepest condolences, prayers and hugs. When my Dad(Uncle Bob) passed, Keith sent me the most caring message even though we had not seen or spoken in many many years. My heart is heavy knowing how much he will be missed.
Love and Hugs,
Joanne (Keith's cousin) in Barre, MA
